Sell a Timeshare Fast

By Using Effective, Benefit Based Descriptions

 

A timeshare owner can get a clear advantage over other timeshare sellers by using a little more effort in describing their timeshare property to potential buyers.

Think about it.  If you are deciding between two products that seem identical but one has a more detailed and personal description by it owner, you will feel more inclined to choose that one over one with just a plain boring and commercial sounding description.

By taking the time to use descriptions that can get a potential buyer to visualize all the exciting benefits of your property, you gain an advantage over other sellers. This is the secret for how to sell timeshares fast.

Here is a good approach: First think of all the reasons why you made the decision to buy at your property or resort.  Also think about all the reasons that make your timeshare property special and enjoyable. Be specific and right them down.  Come up with a list.

The list can include things like the location, the internal decor, the views, the amenities, the local attractions or many other things. 

Once you have the list, think specific detail. And focus on words that help the buyer to imagine and feel the things that make your timeshare special.

For example, if the location is in the mountains and the feelings are peaceful and beauty, then emphasize this.  Or perhaps the property is near the ocean and so you can describe the rest, relaxation, water sports or beautiful sunsets. If the location is in a big city, focus on the restaurants, night life or other attractions.  Hopefully you are getting this.

In addition to location, there are local activities. If your timeshare property is a golf resort, be very specific about the golf courses and your experience playing there.

If you purchased at a specific time of year, emphasize the benefits of owning your specific week. Just describing why it is great to own on that week could be the clincher to sell your timeshare. Even if your time share is in an off season, you chose it and the same reason you chose it someone else may choose it for the same reason.

The amenities are another big selling point.  But rather then just list them, describe them and get buyers to imagine using them.  Use adjectives so instead of just swimming pools say exquisite, grand, heated, relaxing swimming pools. If there is a special view or perhaps an onsite walking path that you really enjoyed, talk about it.

When you specifically describe what drew you to your timeshare and what made visiting and enjoying your timeshare so special, you will be stepping above the noise of all other timeshares for sale and this will hopefully get you to sell a timeshare fast.
