I have $4000 left to pay on my deeded week. I enjoy the resort and especially enjoy the area, but it is a luxury I can no longer afford. I am only looking to pay off the debt. The companies I’ve seen on tv advertising that they will sell for you, want aproximately $400 up front. I don’t have the funds and would like the seller’s commission and closing costs to come from the sale.
